Moving Up

Jax is growing, this is a fact.  A sad fact because as much as I celebrate and get excited for all the new milestones Jax meets, he is getting big and fast.  Where did my little newborn baby go?  As I am around Jax almost 24 hours a day every day I sometimes don't notice how much he is changing.  Then the change hits me like a ton of bricks like today.  Jax has grown out of his bath tub.

He is busting out of the thing and it is time for the bigger tub.  I have been putting this transition off because he LOVES bath time in the sink.  I will seriously recommend this sink tub to every pregnant person I meet.  Well tonight we finally blew the new tub up and put it in the bathroom.  Here is how the experience went...

Jax cried the moment Jasper put him in the new tub.  

He isn't one to want to mess with a good thing and this was his formal protest.

We gave him a moment and tried to act really happy.  He really wasn't buying it.

He finally started to warm up to the idea of this new tub.

He then decided that the new tub was kind of cool.  I mean, who doesn't love lounging around in an inflatable rubber ducky?

I just hope he stays in this tub for awhile.  I am really not ready for another reminder of how big he is getting!
