Fall is my favorite time of year and I have been waiting in anticipation for it to FEEL like fall. Well the fall weather has FINALLY come to our area and we have been getting out to enjoy it! During the end of my pregnancy and these first couple of weeks after having Miles, I haven't been able to take Jax out for many walks. Luckily for Jax, his Ya Ya loves to take him for walks and they have had some very special bonding time.

During the summer, Jax and I loved to take our blanket out on the front lawn to watch cars go by in our subdivision. We would take snacks with us and have a picnic. It is a little cold these days for a picnic, but that doesn't stop Jax from having one on the kitchen floor.

Speaking of my baby wrap, I used it today to go on my first walk post baby. Jax was about to go out with his Ya Ya so Miles and I decided to join in the fun since the weather was so great. Miles stayed nice and cozy all bundled up in the wrap and I got to feel the great fall air.

I didn't make it very far on this walk as I am still recovering from my c section. So after the first half of the walk, Miles and I ducked back inside and left the rest of the walk to the pros ... Jax and Ya Ya.
We are hoping this nice weather stays around a little longer so we can enjoy more days like today outside.
