Well we wished that could keep the doctor away! Unfortunately, when your kid has jaundice, no amount of apples will keep you from lots of doctors visits. Miles has already had many car rides since coming home as we have gone to the hospital every morning for blood level checks.

And then we stopped even taking pictures before going. I did have this picture I snapped while we were at the hospital for our forth visit as we waited for blood work results.
Luckily, after a week he was released from the light therapy and from the outpatient facility! Miles probably didn't see the significance though because 2 days later we were at the pediatrician's office for our first well visit.
The good news is that he is now gaining weight and almost at his birth weight. We go back again in 1 week for another weight check and then after that will hopefully be cleared ... until the one month check up that is. :)
