A Hairy Situation

I have posted before about my hesitation to cut Jax's hair.  EVERYONE has been asking me when Jax was getting his haircut, which has been driving me crazy.  I just love Jax's curls and while he got a very small trim before, I have been so afraid that as soon as his hair is cut he will look like SUCH a big boy.


Don't get me wrong, little boy haircuts are adorable, but Jax is still my BABY... well for a few more months anyway.  So this mama is having a hard time letting go.  Luckily, Aunt Julie cuts Jax's hair and is very accommodating to my crazy mama bear ways.  :)

I took a few pictures this morning of Jax's crazy hair before it was cut. 

I love his precious curls in the back, but even I can admit that when they are this long they look like a mess.

It was time.

Our secret to an easy haircut?  Fruit: lots and lots of fruit.

I will admit that it is still very long.  Most people would probably think it is already time for another haircut.  We are taking  baby steps over here.  Mama still isn't ready to cut off much of those curls! :)
