Like Father Like Son

Today is Father's Day and, like Mother's Day, we simply spent the day together as a family.  Jasper is such an amazing father and I just love watching him and Jax together.  Since it was Father's Day, I guess Jasper got to pick Jax's outfit and of course that meant it was a St. X outfit. :)

 Jax looks so much like his father and that is the obvious connection between the two.  However, as we get more and more glimpses into Jax's growing personality, I think he will be a lot like his father as well.  I hope this is the case because I don't know of a better role model for Jax than Jasper.  There are several traits of Jasper's that I hope Jax inherits and while I would love to write down all the wonderful things about my husband, he would never want me to.  So we will just leave it at that.  :)

It was fun just watching Jasper and Jax be silly together.  Today Jax showed his dad how much fun he has using the box divider from his dresser as a hat!

Happy Father's Day to the best father I know!  Jax is one lucky kid.
