Anyone else have that song stuck in their head today? We had a great (and exhausting) Fourth of July weekend and loved celebrating it with Jax this year. We might have not stayed out late enough for the fireworks but that doesn't mean Jax didn't party like a rock star. We went to a friend's house on Sunday for a Fourth of July party and what a different a year makes. Last year we stayed until the fireworks were done and closed down the party. This year I spent the better part of 2 hours upstairs with our little man feeding him, changing him and getting him to take a little nap. All in all though we had a great time. Here is a picture of Jax after the party was over. Can you see how sleepy he was?
Not to be outdone by Sunday's festivities, we all headed out for more celebration today at the race track, but that is for another post. Let's just say that the next several days will be spent recovering (Jax and us). Hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Fourth of July weekend.
